Motörhead Premium Dark Rum

Motörhead Premium Dark Rum is made out of the finest selection of ex bourbon barrel aged Caribbean Reserve Rum. The premium rum is created as a solera blend with rums of different ages up to 8 YO. It is a full-bodied and spicy rum with notes of chocolate, vanilla, oak and nuts, with a medium sweet, spicy finish.

The big challenge with this commissioned design was to somehow mix Motörhead’s distinct rock ’n’ roll brand, with something that is perceived as a bit more premium and deluxe. By carefully blending textures and layers, and gently challenging Motörhead’s graphic guidelines, the result feels like a perfect balance between rock and gourmet. Something that can be enjoyed backstage, but also in a chesterfield lounge.

Since the release of the Motörhead Premium Dark Rum it has been awarded Gold at The Spirit Business’s prestigious Rum & Cachaça Masters 2020, in the ”Rum Aged 7-12 Years” category.
