Thorsten Flinck – ”Till flickorna på Upplandsgatan 71 från fiaskot mittemot”

Swedish actor and director Thorsten Flinck is perhaps most associated with theater and film, but since his participation in the Swedish Melodifestivalen, there has been more and more music. 

In 2014 Thorsten Flinck released a new album ”Till flickorna på Upplandsgatan 71 från fiaskot mittemot” (via Sony Music) where he becomes more personal with the listener and opens up, among other things, about the guilt of the daughters. 

The idea was that the design would feel and be experienced as a bit vintage, almost a legacy from times gone by, that best matched the music. This is found in both textures and a simple color scale. The assignment included both graphic design, videos and photography.
